There seems to me, as a Forever Living Products Distributor, to be no better way of demonstrating the benefits of the whole range of Forever Living Products than to share Customer Reviews with you.

And after 20+ years as a Senior Manager with Forever (and as my own customer) I feel well placed to say that these products are AMAZING. To which you might say "She would say that, wouldn't she?"

GARLIC FOR CHOLESTEROL

There was an interesting feature on the health pages of Tuesday's Daily Mail about taking Garlic for Cholesterol. Here's an extract:

'Garlic taken regularly in capsule form may help reduce levels of 'bad' LDL cholesterol, according to a study published this month. A review of research on the benefits of garlic suggested a garlic preparation that contains at least 1.8 mg of allicin - a compound in garlic - has significant benefits.

The study, which reviewed 26 trials and was published in the journal COMPLETE NUTRITION, shows that people who took garlic supplements had lower levels of LDL cholesterol and a lower risk of heart disease.

The review compared the effects of standardised dried garlic preparations with garlic oils. However, neither product was compared with natural garlic, which is the best source of allicin. Results showed that a higher dose of allicin was present in capsule/tablet form.

Garlic has anti-inflammatory effects, and is thought to help widen arteries and reduce cholesterol build-up.'
