SPECIAL ALOE OFFERS FOR CHRISTMAS

Among my special aloe offers for Christmas comes this really great FAB Pack in its FAB cool bag.  Not only that, but it comes with FREE carriage plus a FREE gift!  FAB stands for Forever Active Boost and it's a quick, refreshing way to stay energized and alert all day.

It even looks as if dressed for Christmas, doesn't it, in its gleaming red and silver tin?  I'll bet that, like me, you can think of plenty of people who'd be glad of 6 cans of FAB to give them extra stamina for the festivities!  I know of no better energy drink - and what's more, that famous wake-boarding duo the Valdez Brothers (and many others) agree with me!

ALOE SKINCARE COLLECTION

I told you the other day about feeling as if all my birthdays had come at once when I discovered Aloe Nourishing Serum. Well, where do I begin to tell you about the whole Aloe skincare collection?

It includes the Nourishing Serum and consists of five incredible products designed to work together synergistically to achieve beautiful, radiant, healthy and soft skin.

Wow, how I could eulogize about the Aloe Purifying Cleanser that gently removes make-up and debris without drying the skin ... and about the Aloe Deep-Cleansing Exfoliator that leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth ... and about the Aloe Refreshing Toner!

These three precede your use of the Aloe Nourishing Serum that I've mentioned in glowing terms already ... and finally we come to Aloe Balancing Cream, containing Aloe, HA, vitamin E, revitalizing extracts and advanced moisturizers to hydrate, moisturize and protect your skin.

If you want to give your skin (or someone else's) true love, I can't recommend this Aloe skincare enough!

ALOE BLOSSOM HERBAL TEA

Maybe I shouldn't mention that I don't actually like Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea. (I'm just going to whisper this, but I prefer coffee.) However, my daughter thinks it's by far the best thing since sliced bread. And fortunately, almost everyone agrees with her rather than me!
One customer bought no less than eight boxes of it from me recently (and it isn't exactly cheap) - wanting two for herself and one each for six of her friends. Why? Because, she said, it soothes and refreshes her as well as giving her a sense of well-being. So she wanted her friends to benefit similarly.
Oh, and it's low in calories as well as caffeine-free!

ALOE LIQUID SOAP

To my mind, the beauty of this Aloe Liquid Soap is that it's mild enough for washing babies and yet so effective that engineers, gardeners and others with ingrained stains can benefit! It's actually more a luxurious natural moisturizing cleanser than just a soap.
Perfect for shaving, it's also kind to sensitive skin and I love its gentleness on my face! Let me know how you feel about it, once you've experienced how gentle it is.
By the way, a little goes a very long way ...

ALOE NOURISHING SERUM

When I found Aloe Nourishing Serum I seriously thought all my birthdays had come at once! It feels so wonderful on my skin - and no wonder, given its contents: Aloe, white tea extracts, mimosa bark extracts, plus antioxidants to provide protection from free radical damage.
It combats signs of aging by preserving and replenishing the skin's moisture. I use it morning and night, both on my face and neck, and my skin seems to purr with pure pleasure! Am I exaggerating? I don't think so, but who knows? Your experience of it may possibly be different, although I'll be mighty surprised if it is!

ALOE CHRISTMAS

How about an Aloe Christmas this year? In PLANET ALOE there are all kinds of Christmas gift ideas based on Aloe Vera. That would make for original giving, don't you think?
Whether you're looking for a Sports Gift, Ski Gift, Shower Gift, or something else really special for a loved one, you could truly surprise him or her with your originality!
I know Christmas still seems a long way off, but it never hurts to be well prepared. That's my thinking, anyway, and I was thrilled to find the Mature Gift Set - with its Aloe MSM Gel, Arctic-Sea and Freedom2Go - for an elderly friend who's been complaining lately about her aches and pains.
Not that we need to be old to benefit from a Gel that never fails to ease my backache, or from fish oils, or an Aloe Vera drink with added glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM plus pomegranates, mangosteens, pear, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry and grapeseed extract. Why, to my mind, that's better than Champagne - though not everybody will agree with me!

BLACKBERRIES AND MANGANESE

Where's the sense in a title like Blackberries And Manganese above a picture of Aloe Vera Gel?

Well, I was reading about bone-building in a national newspaper the other day and saw that just a handful of blackberries will give you almost half of your recommended daily intake of manganese.

Which of course makes them an excellent source of the mineral. 'Manganese helps the body form connective tissue, vital for building strong bone structure', said the author.

So I just thought I'd mention that when blackberries are out of season Aloe Vera Gel is also a great source of this (and other) minerals and vitamins! In fact, it's perennially a very convenient source ...

BEST BOTTLED WATER?

Is Forever's Cheddar Natural Spring Water the best bottled water in the marketplace today? One thing I can tell you is that, despite originating in Cheddar, Somerset, it doesn't taste of the cheese long associated with that place!
I can also say that it's extracted at source from the spring within the intricate cave network of the Mendip Hills - and it's crystal clear, with a neutral pH and a refreshing natural taste.
2 litres of Forever's Water can provide 33% of your daily requirement of calcium as well as many other essential minerals needed within our daily allowance.
All this, plus plenty more - including courier delivery right to your door!

BRUSHING YOUR TEETH!

I was astonished to read in Tuesday's DAILY MAIL that not brushing your teeth can give you heart disease and arthritis. But those apparently can be two consequences of gum disease.
And there are more - including miscarriage, erectile dysfunction and difficulty in conceiving! The feature went on to say that the elderly, smokers, diabetics and pregnant women are at higher risk, and that genetics can also play a part.
It added: 'Once gum disease has set in, bacteria are able to enter the blood stream via blood vessels around the teeth and then travel around the body. This sets off a cascade of reactions, leading to inflammation and damage.'
But the condition can thankfully be prevented by cleaning teeth twice a day for two minutes each time. Here's how I clean mine, keeping my teeth (and gums) healthy:

GANDHI AND ALOE

Did you know of the connection between Mahatma Gandhi and Aloe?

Here's an extract from a letter written by Gandhi to Romain Rolland, his biographer:

'You ask me what were the secret forces which sustained me during my long fasts. Well, it was my unshakable faith in God, my simple and frugal life style, and the Aloe whose benefits I discovered upon my arrival in South Africa at the end of the 19th century.'

ALOE PROPOLIS CREME

I just loved finding this snippet in today's DAILY MAIL:

'Aloe Barbadensis: Derived from the plant Aloe Vera, evidence suggests this may promote healing in the skin. A study in 2009 found Aloe Vera was better than steroid cream at clearing patches of psoriasis.'

I should just like to add that Aloe Barbadensis Miller (the 'true' Aloe) is not derived from the plant - it is the plant! However, I absolutely agree about its effectiveness with psoriasis - especially when incorporated in Aloe Propolis Creme and when people drink aloe vera as well as applying it topically to their skin.

HONEY BEE SUPPLIES

Do you ever marvel, as I do, over the wonderful gifts that the honey bee supplies to us?

Its most obvious gift is, I suppose, honey - but of course we can also be thankful for bee propolis (Nature's antibiotic), bee pollen (ideal to take during the summer months when the pollen count is high) and royal jelly.
Wherever would we be, without our busy honey bees?

ALOE & CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS

Here's a fascinating little quote from Christopher Columbus I found in a past issue of Natural Health:

"Four vegetables are indispensable for the well-being of man: wheat, the grape, the olive and aloe. The first nourishes him, the second raises his spirit, the third brings him harmony and the fourth cures him."

(The picture illustrates how I feel after my daily aloe tonic!)

SUNBURN REMEDY

Do you read CLOSER magazine? If so, you've probably read this week's Ask Dr Christian feature relating to a sunburn remedy.

In case you don't read it, I'll just mention his warning that exposure to ultraviolet rays from sunlight accounts for the vast majority of skin cancers - as well as leading to premature skin aging.

The doctor (who's a TV presenter and a GP) tells us that over the past 25 years Melanoma has been the fastest rising cancer in the UK, with more than 10,000 cases and 2,000 deaths reported each year. It's the 2nd most common cancer in adults between 15-34 and affects twice as many women as men.

The bottom line is that Dr Christian recommends staying in the shade between 11 am and 3pm - and using a sunscreen with SPF 30!

ANIMAL ALOE PRODUCTS

Who's that, lurking in the long grass? Why, it's my handsome Sam - the Beardie who introduced me to Animal Aloe Products!
By the age of 8 Sam was behaving like an old man. Perhaps this was partly because we lived by the sea (on the beautiful Gower peninsula) and - summer or winter - he spent more time in the water than out of it. Whatever the reason, his limbs had stiffened and he could no longer chase seagulls the way he once did.
Then his 'sister' (actually, my daughter Joanna!) arrived with a chubby yellow tub. What was in it? A special Aloe Vera drink that, she said, had helped her IBS - and that would now help Sam's arthritis.
To cut a long story short, despite my initial skepticism, Joanna was right and it was thanks to the dramatic improvement in Sam that I began to understand the power of 'Miracle Plant' Aloe Vera.
If you have a beloved pet animal aloe make perfect sense!
P.S. Most of these products are great for humans as well.

ALOE PRODUCTS FOR HAIR

Aloe-Jojoba Shampoo and Conditioning Rinse are two very popular Aloe Products For Hair - perhaps because they are better known than the two I want to share with you. One of the many reasons for their popularity is that they adapt to all hair types - yes, whether your hair is dry, greasy or 'normal' this shampoo and conditioner will adapt beautifully to you!
Can you see how that can lead to an uncluttered bathroom, with one shampoo ideal for the whole family?
It's Forever Aloe Pro-Set that I think you'll find especially interesting after shampooing and conditioning.
For one thing, it's protein rich and alcohol-free. For another, as well as providing a long-lasting natural hold, it strengthens, conditions and moisturizes with stabilized Aloe Vera and purified water.
Yes, it protects while styling and straightening!
Then there's Forever Aloe Styling Gel - a unisex product for dry or wet hair. It gives BIG holding power without stickiness and repairs your hair while providing maximum volume and shine.
I adore all four products and my hair does too. It has never been happier or shinier than since finding Aloe! Might yours thank you for finding it?

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME NATURAL REMEDIES

If you suffer with the bloating and other discomforts of IBS, like my daughter once did, you might like to try this Aloe Vera drink.

Did you notice the past tense in relation to my daughter? Yes, she was helped by drinking this specific Aloe Vera Gel! The point here, though, is that everyone is different and you'll probably want to find out for yourself which of Forever's 4 Aloe Vera drinks is best for you.

ALOE VERA FOR TEETH

I was a bit alarmed to read today about the dangers of fluoride in toothpaste!

The feature I was reading said that in the USA fluoride toothpaste comes with a skull and crossbones on the packaging to remind mothers that fluoride - a waste product of fertilizers which was also used in atomic bomb manufacture - is a poison and should not be swallowed.

Certainly, in Britain fluoride toothpaste tubes tell us to use only a pea-sized amount for kids under six.

All this (and there was lots more in the feature!) makes me extra glad that I long ago found Aloe Vera for teeth.

Might you like to follow my lead ... ?

ALOE LIP BALM

Here's a question: What's big on protection but small in stature? And my answer is Aloe Lips.  I felt sure you'd want to know about this incredibly versatile little stick! Because it isn't just for lips - although it is a moisturizing (and conditioning) balm to soothe and protect lips in both hot and cold weather.
Because of its rich aloe content I also use mine as a kind of first aid stick for burns, bites and stings. And it's great for cold sores. Brilliant! I understand it has another use, too, but I can't possibly go into that here ...

ALOE SUNSCREEN - WHY IT MAKES SUCH SENSE!

How very timely my blog of yesterday about Aloe sunscreen has proved to be! In today's DAILY MAIL there was an excellent feature about why factor 15 sunscreen is not enough. This included the alarming fact that more than 2 Britons under 35 are diagnosed every day with the deadliest form of skin cancer.

If you'd like to know more on that subject, you can read about it via Sunburn Remedy.

BEST ENERGY DRINK - Is This It?

If you scroll down a bit you'll see a picture of FAB, which I think is the best energy drink on the planet. Of course, that's just my opinion and you might not share it.
But I'm far from alone in thinking it FABulous that Forever Active Boost has now reached the UK (just two weeks ago actually) because it's very different from other energy drinks. How does it differ? By giving you both immediate and long-term energy.
The immediate boost comes from guarana, a natural ingredient much loved in Brazil, while the long-term energy is powered by ADX7 technology. If that last bit means as little to you as it did at first to me, let me just add that ADX7 has helped Russian track and field athletes win over 130 medals in Olympic competitions!
Not being especially athletic, I simply regard FAB as a quick, refreshing way to stay energized and alert all day! It could do the same for you!

FATHER'S DAY IS ON ITS WAY - ALOE TO THE RESCUE!

Is this year passing as fast for you as it is for me? Can we really be almost into June, with just 3 weeks to go till Father's Day...?

Well, help is at hand if you're looking to surprise him with a special gift that's a bit different. Better still, what if it comes in its own gift bag, with two extra FREE gifts? There are four fabulous Father's Day Packs to choose from.

My favorite is the Shaving Pack because it contains amazing Alpha-E Factor, which - being rich in antioxidants - is exceptional as skin nourishment and as a shaving barrier.

Yours might be the Sports Day Pack, the Skincare Pack or Personal Care Pack, depending on your Dad's enthusiasms. Whatever, the gifts are delivered quickly and securely to your (or his) door - so what could be easier?

ALOE WEIGHTLOSS AND A SPECIAL ALOE OFFER

Who else could benefit from knowing that while losing weight you can also gain? If that question makes absolutely no sense it's probably because I'm not explaining myself very well!
The 'gain' is not about weight. It's about a FREE Marine Mask with which you could give yourself a fabulous facial while also losing weight naturally and cleansing your body with the unique Nutri-Lean Program.
But that's all I plan to tell you here! If you're intrigued and willing to do a little bit of detection work, all will become clear via My Aloe Vera!

Some Extra Income Ideas For You!

It just occurred to me that as well as telling you about aloe, some of you might like me to tell you a little bit about how extra income can be generated via these exceptional products!
The beauty of my aloe business is that it's so very flexible. Most people do it initially alongside their existing part- or full-time employment. That works well because you choose your own hours with Forever - and choose too how much you do, or don't do. Of course, to begin with the less you do the less you earn, but that is entirely up to you.
Really, it's like a buffet table of opportunity! You'd like to recommend a few aloe products (all of them covered by a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee) to people who'd benefit from them? Great! Through your recommendations you'd make a 30% profit.
Maybe you have higher ambitions and would like to manage a team, teaching them to do as you'll by then have been taught? That's great too - and is perfectly do-able. Our Managers typically earn around £1,000 each month and often this is extra income, over and above the wage or salary they receive from their 'proper' job.
Perhaps you'd ultimately like to go a step further - advancing beyond the Manager position and creating a pension-style income (via your time and effort rather than financial contributions)? Fine! Why not? The only person stopping you do this would be you!

Bee Pollen For A Prostate Problem

I know that, strictly speaking, this is an Aloe Blog - but as I'm also very keen on bee products I wanted to mention that I've just read Pollen can help prostatitis.
To be honest, I'd never heard of this condition until I read about it in today's DAILY MAIL, but apparently its an inflammatory condition of the prostate gland that will affect half of men some time in their lives.
And a trial of 60 patients at Sinai Medical Centre in California (focused on non-bacterial prostatitis) found that two out of three men improved when given Bee Pollen tablets three times daily for six months.
Scientists think the pollen can trigger anti-inflammatory effects in the body.
Well, that's certainly worth knowing (and acting upon, if appropriate), isn't it?

Have You Got A Dog, Or Cat - Or Camel?

If you have got a dog (or another animal, be it cat, camel or whatever!) you might be interested to know that it was my dog, Sam, who introduced me to Aloe Vera.

Yes, he really did, with the help of my daughter Joanna who had found that drinking Forever Aloe Gel helped her IBS. When she noticed 8-year-old Sam's limbs stiffening and heard that his vet had pronounced him arthritic, she gave us a tub of this most unusual drink.

I was suspicious. How could the same Aloe drink help both Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Arthritis? Joanna said it was because of Aloe Vera's natural anti-inflammatory properties. She also said to swallow my skepticism and pour the Gel onto Sam's dinners.

So I did - and instead of subsequently refusing his food as I had suspected he (a finicky dog) would, Sam lapped it up with unusual enthusiasm. I was amazed - and all the more so by the improvements in him after about two weeks on his new diet.

Is There Any Better Breakfast Than Mine?

I simply had to share news of my breakfasts with you! (Are you asking why?) The thing is, I've recently discovered my perfect breakfast. It might not be yours, but let me explain why it's mine ...

Needing to lose weight after over-indulging on my Mexican holiday in January, while I was looking into ways and means I came up with Nutri-Lean. I already knew about this Aloe weightloss programme, of course, having been involved with Forever for years and years, but it had never occurred to me to replace my porridge with a delicious drink.

I don't especially like porridge (but ate it because it was 'good for me'), so the switch was no great sacrifice. I never expected, though, to love my new breakfasts as much as I do. They're such a treat that I can't believe I'm actually losing weight too (although it's a fact that I am)!

Why am I in such heaven when breakfasting? Well, the shake I make with Forever Lite Ultra (Vanilla flavor) + 10 ozs skimmed milk + a banana (that bit's optional; I've tried plain shakes, and once added an apple instead of the banana - and they're all great) is simply beyond delicious.

Now it might be that this is an over-the-top reaction peculiar to me as I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to coffee with froth on the top - or indeed anything that resembles frothy cream. But usually there's a downside to such treats. With my new breakfasts there simply isn't one - and they are giving me a nutritious blend of vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates while I lose weight.

Please don't wake me up if I'm only dreaming!

Give Your Face Skin A Real Treat!

I was reading my DAILY MAIL recently and this piece caught my eye:

'Hailed for its complexion-restoring properties, vitamin E, or tocopherol as it is usually listed on labels, has been shown to repair skin damage such as inflammation, scars and sunburn.

It is also a powerful antioxidant that can help strengthen the skin and fend off cell-damaging free radicals.

Some studies have shown it can boost the efficiency of other antioxidants, such as Vitamin C.'

I must say that none of that surprised me in the slightest as I've been a great fan of vitamin E ever since I was introduced to an incredible product - Alpha-E.

I doubt it's possible to give your skin (face skin in particular) a better treat than a periodic Aloe Scrub followed by the sheer luxury of Alpha-E.

Why do I love it so? Because my skin positively purrs as I treat it to this cocktail of antioxidants and vitamins A and C as well as E. There aren't words to do it justice. You'll really need to try it to see what I mean ...

Aloe Vera Detergent - Phosphorus-Free!

There used to be an advertisment on TV, with a catchy jingle that went like this - "All around the house, springclean with Flash!"

Well, I've no idea whether or not Flash still exists and I'm not too sure whether people still springclean. These days I think we simply fit in cleaning when we can.

Which is where MPD comes in. That stands for Multi-Purpose Detergent - and if ever an Aloe Vera detergent earned that accolade, this one certainly does!

I use mine for washing up (in the sink, not the dishwasher), my laundry, cleaning the car, windscreen wash, cleaning kitchen/bathroom surfaces, cleaning floors, toilets, paint brushes, paving stones and anything else that needs to shine or be brightened.

As MPD is biodegradable and environmentally friendly as well as phosphorus-free, I'm happy and so's my home and whole environment. Despite the fact that it effortlessly lifts grime, removes stains and cuts through grease, it's non-abrasive with a gentle formula that's kind to hands and clothes.

And it's economical, coming as it does in a 1.89 liter container that lasts for absolutely ages! Its final virtue, for me (and, I confidently expect, for you, too, once you've tried it) is that you need no other cleaners clogging up the cupboard under your sink.

Just the one bottle for all your household chores ...

Arginine Nitric Oxide - Why There's So Much Excitement About The 'Miracle Molecule'!

Maybe with Arginine Nitric Oxide I'm straying a bit from my role in telling you (eventually!) all I know about Aloe ... but I reckon you'd want to be told about this 'Miracle Molecule'. Am I right - or wrong?

If I'm right, please read on. If I'm wrong - well, I'll try to do better tomorrow!

So why do scientists refer to L-Arginine as the 'Miracle Molecule'?

Because it's such an incredibly potent amino acid - and because our bodies convert L-Arginine into nitric oxide - a molecule that helps blood vessels relax and open wide for greater blood flow.

I don't suppose you need me to explain the advantages of relaxed and more open blood vessels, but in case you do here are a few relating to ARGI+ (L-Arginine & Vitamin Complex):

  • Greater blood flow may improve sexual function

  • Helps maintain a healthy blood pressure and cardiovascular system

  • ARGI+ contains an extract of red wine, which helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels

  • It increases muscle mass and strength, whilst reducing the amount of fatty tissue. A welcome benefit for sports men and women.

  • It's a marvelous daily supplement that supports better health throughout many systems of the body, delivering optimal performance.

  • There's plenty more, but I think by now you'll get my gist. No wonder there's such excitement about ARGI+'s potential!

So - did I do right in sharing my enthusiasm with you?

N.B. As with any new supplement, anyone with a heart or kidney condition, pregnant or taking medication should consult their GP prior to taking ARGI+.

Aloe Vera Toothgel - Yes, Again!

Ooops, I forgot to tell you in my Aloe Vera Toothgel blog of the other day that lots of Forever products have unexpected benefits and/or alternative uses.

And this toothgel is one of these. Believe it or not, if I feel a sore throat coming on I don't even consider a throat lozenge or syrup. No. I just go to my bathroom cabinet and remove my tube of Forever Bright Toothgel.

Then I squeeze some into my mouth - and swallow it, letting it rest in my throat where its Aloe and Bee Propolis (Nature's antibiotic) content soothes the soreness more or less instantly.

Now I'm not suggesting you invest in a tube of Forever Bright for the sake of your potential sore throat. I'm just mentioning what works for me so that you can see this toothgel's versatility.

Believe me, if it contained fluoride I would certainly not be swallowing it!

    Wednesday 23 February 2011

Aloe Vera Deodorant - Which Ingredients Are Missing?

I seem to be on a bit of a theme here, don't I? Yesterday I questioned what might be missing from a specific Aloe Vera Toothgel and today I've moved on to this Aloe Vera Deodorant.

On the face of it, we don't want ingredients in our toothgel and deodorant to be missing - or do we? Well, yes, sometimes I think we do! Aluminium salts and zirconium are found in most deodorants and anti-perspirants - but not in Forever's somewhat safer option.

Why is it considered safer? Please do your own research. Mine tells me that aluminium salts have been linked with breast cancer and zirconium with Alzheimer's. So who knowingly would want to put such chemicals under their armpits - especially after shaving?

I reckon that no-one would. Do you agree?

P.S. Did you work out the answer to yesterday's question? In case you didn't - it's fluoride.

    Tuesday 22 February 2011

Aloe Vera Toothgel - What's Missing From This One?

Here's a little puzzle for you. This Aloe Vera toothgel contains bee propolis (Nature's antibiotic) and Aloe and it nourishes, strengthens and protects teeth and gums.

So what doesn't it contain? (I'll tell you later!)

I used to suffer with sensitive teeth and that suffering has been a thing of the past since I began cleaning my teeth with gentle Forever Bright Toothgel.

As well as keeping my teeth clean and my gums nourished, it fights plaque and whitens without bleaching agents. Oh, and it has a great minty taste in a non-abrasive formula loved by both children and adults!

Okay, so it's bright green, but that only adds to the fun.

Have you guessed yet what's missing? No?

Well, then, I'll tell you tomorrow ...

    Monday 21 February 2011

Aloe Propolis Creme - why nurses, gardeners, engineers and others (including people prone to eczema and psoriasis) love it!

Aloe Propolis Creme is almost universally loved because it does so much more than simply moisturize and condition your skin. This rich, creamy blend of Aloe Vera, bee propolis (Nature's antibiotic), chamomile and comfrey also soothes irritated skin, leaving a protective barrier.

So are you beginning to see why this product makes such sense for people who frequently have their hands in water - or soil/manure - or grease?

The nurses among my customers simply swear by it (not, of course, that nurses actually swear!!), saying it saves their hands from the effects of washing and/or using hand-sanitizer umpteen times a day. Likewise gardeners, engineers etc for their own specific needs.

And Aloe Propolis Creme is hugely popular with eczema and psoriasis sufferers. Why do you think that is?

To help you guess, I'm offering a FREE sample of this special product to the first 10 people (UK only today, I'm afraid) to write in with their names and addresses.

    Sunday 20 February 2011

Rockstar Energy Drink - Fabulous FAB!

Is fabulous FAB a rockstar energy drink? If it isn't, I think it certainly should be.

The thing is, it's new on the scene. It hasn't even quite reached the UK yet (I'll let you know the minute it does) but it's on its way and is already energizing the USA.

Its distinctive slimline red can is in itself a bit of a Forever Active Boost. And that's before you open it and get quickly refreshed as well as energized.

The other thing about FAB is that it gives immediate as well as long-term energy.

    How does it do this?

Well, firstly it comes from Forever Living, who - let's face it - know a thing or three about nutrition and energy, and secondly just check out these ingredients:

natural guarana + ADX7 technology - a proprietary blend of adaptogenic herbs and nutrients.

So what do you think - does FAB potentially qualify as a rockstar energy drink, or doesn't it?!

N.B. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Aloe Weight Loss - Lose Weight and Stay in Shape!

What possible reason can I have for mentioning Aloe weight loss?

I expect you can guess. Yes – you’re quite correct! I need to shed some excess weight. Spending 3 weeks in Mexico last month led to too many temptations.

Not that I’m complaining. Mexico’s a fabulous place that I can’t wait to visit again. But next time I’ll be taking my Garcinia Plus and Forever Lean with me!

I can almost hear you asking why and my answer is that these wonderful supplements are part of a weight management process called NutriLean.

This is very effective, but don’t take my word for it as I might possibly be influenced by the fact that I’ve lost 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Best if you check out Aloe weight loss for yourself.

Aloe Vera Gelly - Better Than A Doctor In The House?

Is there a tube of Aloe Vera Gelly in your bathroom cabinet (or in your kitchen, or in your car)?
I always ensure that there’s one in mine. Why? Well, first let me explain just how carried away I sometimes get when asked about this particular product …
An acquaintance once stopped me in the street to ask whether I could recommend anything with high aloe content for general first aid. I launched straight into a description of Aloe Gelly’s many uses – my enthusiasm running away with me.
I still cringe when I think how I ended with the words “Personally, I think that having a tube of Gelly is better than having a doctor in the house!
It was then that I remembered something I should never have forgotten in the first place: I was talking to a woman who had been married to a doctor, but who was now a widow.
I bet you can imagine how much I wished the earth would open and swallow me up. But fortunately the moment passed and I was quickly forgiven.
The incident taught me something, though, about being verbose – so if you want to know more you’ll need to click Aloe Vera Gelly.

Aloe Vera Products - All Around The House

Are there many aloe vera products in your home? I can hardly count how many there are in mine! I drink aloe daily, clean my teeth with it, shampoo and condition my hair, use an aloe lotion on my face ...

Before using the aloe lotion I wash with aloe liquid soap - oh, and once I've washed I ensure that I'm protected for the day with my aloe vera deodorant!

I bet that by now you're getting my general gist. The fact is, I simply love this stuff - and am far from being alone in my love of it.

No wonder, as - for example - my Aloe Ever-Shield Deodorant Stick contains no nasty aluminium salts or zirconium and can be used straight after shaving. It also won't stain clothes and lasts for simply ages.

Then there's my Aloe Lips - which is so much more than just a lip balm. I regard it as first aid in a stick - simply great for burns, bites and stings. I'll whisper the next bit ...

I've heard that some people find it helps with 'piles'. So I hope they buy two Aloe Lips - labeling one 'top' and one 'bottom' and keeping the second one in the fridge!

On that note, I think it's time to sign off for now about aloe vera products. Back soon!

Aloe Vera Cosmetics - Save Your Skin!

Hello again! Why am I writing today about aloe vera cosmetics? Well, I was rather alarmed by a newspaper feature last Saturday about the risk of skin damage through using make-up.

I don't know you (or your habits!) but if, like me, you're a woman who uses eye shadow then you'll probably be as shocked as I was to learn from experts that this is among the worst offenders in causing unsightly skin conditions.

The DAILY MAIL stated that the skin around the eyes is so sensitive that many women have allergic reactions to the strong chemicals in eye shadows, kohl pencils, mascaras and make-up remover.

This frequently leads to women having eczema or inflammation on their eyelids and nowhere else.

It was suggested that the best way to retain moisture in the tissue around your eyes is not to use cosmetics every day - or at least not those that contain strong chemicals such as preservatives which strip away the natural defences and dry out the skin.

Which brings me to the aloe vera cosmetics that I now use daily - without fear of a bad reaction.

Formulated with aloe vera to protect and moisturize, plus antioxidant vitamins, herbs and marine extracts, there are tones to suit every skin tone and every mood.

There are even seven color-coded palettes of shades for eyes, cheeks, face and lips - perfectly suited to all skin types, including sensitive skin.

With all this aloe vera on offer, why would any woman run the risk of skin-damage?
